What to know before you schedule:
* Guests must be 16 years or older to use the spa
* When scheduling, please let us know if you have a gender preference for your therapist
* Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to make sure you have plenty of time to get checked in, shown around and set up with a locker.
* We recommend that you schedule your services at least one week prior to your arrival.
* Any cancellations without a 4-hour notice will be charged 50% of the total service. “NO-SHOW” appointments will be charged in full.
* For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to all packages, individual service gratuities will be left to your own discretion.
* Please let us know if you are pregnant, as some services are not available during your first trimester.
* A major credit card is required to reserve an appointment
* The whirlpool and steam room is complimentary to you the day of your appointment. If you do not have an appointment and would like to use the steam room and whirlpool there is a day pass available at the spa front desk for $35.
* To maintain the tranquility and peaceful ambiance in our spa we do request that you turn off all cell phone devices before you enter the locker room.
