***Please note: if you have a certain type of gift card or certificate for your payment, please inform our staff at the time of making your appointment.

  Guests receiving treatments have full access toamenities including the swimming pool, hot tub, indoorwhirl pool, steam room & fitness center on the day of your service.

  A day pass can be purchased for $35 if you wish not to have services. but only want to enjoy the facility. DAY PASSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS.

  Please check in with the Spa Concierge at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment(s). This will allow you ro receive the full benefits of your spa experience. *PLEASE BE AWARE THAT LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EXTENSION OF SCHEDULED SERVICES.

  Robe & slippers will be provided to each guest upon arrival. You will also be given your own locker to store your personal belongings. We encourage you to leave all valuables at your home or in a safe box in your hotel room.

  Due to the popularity of our spa we highly recommend reservations be made two weeks in advance.

  If you must cancel your appointment we will be delighted to reschedule your appointment for you. *AN 8 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE(S).GROUP CANCELLATION WILL BE DEFINED WITHIN A SPA CONTRACT.

  Gratuities are discretionary.Please see the Spa Concierge at the end of your servic(s) to close payment for your service(s). For your convience all packages & group contracts will be charged a 20% gratuity.

  Kindly alert staff of any health concerns you may have upon making resrvations.

  All reservations are held to credit/debit card. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS AS A PAYMENT.

  To presrve the serenity of our spa environment, CELL PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

  NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IS ALLOWED TO HAVE SPA SERVICES OR ENTER THE GUEST AREAS.
